is a collective of artists creating unique theatre experiences. We believe in creating performances that immerse you into the world of the story. Our shows are meant to be entertaining as well as thought provoking.
Nicole began her theatre journey at age 10. Since then, she has directed, stage managed, and performed. A graduate of Pace University, with a bachelor's degree in Theatre Arts with a focus in directing, Nicole also spent time working for Walt Disney World in many roles. One of her many theatre goals was to start a group that focused on experimental and immersive theatre. She is so excited to bring many stories to life with the creative minds of Tommy and Arianna for the community to enjoy through Company of Curiosities.
Born and raised in Queensbury, Tommy Socolof has long dreamed of returning to the area and the wealth of musical talent and opportunity that exists here. While pursuing a degree in Music Education from Ithaca College, he was a member of and later on Music Director of Ithacappella, Ithaca’s all male identifying a cappella group, singing bass and arranging songs for the group. Since graduating, he is now working as the Choir Director at Hadley-Luzerne jr/sr High School, where he also music directs the spring musical. Tommy has a passion for musical storytelling, and is so excited to begin this creative journey with Company of Curiosities!
Arianna is an 18 year old performer in the Upstate NY area who loves to tell and create stories. As a full time member and instructor of the ‘Spa City Dance and the Arts’ competition team,
she is able to share her passion with audiences’ quite often. She has received numerous, "Triple Threat", "Total Package" and "Broadway Bound" awards, scholarships and title placements for her work. She has also told many stories through musicals with Lake George Youtheatre and Saratoga’s Home Made Theater. When she’s not performing for an audience, she can be found training with Lauren Adair, Natalie Toro, Stephanie Schneider and The Broadway Collective founded by Robert Hartwell. She has so much gratitude for every opportunity to create and share in any way possible. Working with the Company of Curiosities could not be more up her alley. To not only share well loved stories, but to draw in and include the audience, in a whole new form. She is so grateful for Nicole and Tommy for including her in the production of shining a light on beautifully and uniquely shared stories.
